Minimum Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

  • Other accepted licensures: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Medical Doctor (MD), or Registered Nurse (RN) with appropriate mental health certification.

  • Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of at least 8 staff members.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  1. Clinical Oversight & Leadership

    • Provide supervision, guidance, and professional development to a multidisciplinary team of at least 8 staff.

    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational mental health regulations.

  2. Assessment & Treatment Planning

    • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments.

    • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and treatment teams.

  3. Therapeutic Intervention

    • Provide evidence-based counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention to individuals, families, and groups.

    • Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans as necessary to ensure quality care.

  4. Program Administration

    • Oversee daily operations of assigned programs or units, including scheduling, case assignments, and workflow management.

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency policies and licensing standards.

  5. Collaboration & Coordination

    • Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, case managers, and community resources to ensure holistic service delivery.

    • Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and external agencies.

  6. Quality Improvement

    • Participate in program evaluation, data analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.

    • Provide training and mentorship to staff on clinical best practices.

 
Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
