Currently, we are seeking Licensed Mental Health Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in New York City, with a minimum of one day in-office. We are looking for therapists with availability to carry a full caseload (approximately 25-30 sessions per week).
 
This is a W2 Position.

What we’re looking for:

  • MUST HAVE active, Clear, independent license in New York
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities
  • We are not accepting any LP applications at this time
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting, in performing 45-60 min sessions

Alex Alvarado, Psy.D.Founder & CEO, and licensed clinical psychologist specializing in phobias and PTSD, known for his work with exposure-based treatment.

Douglas Polster, Ph.D.Chief Operating Officer, licensed clinical psychologist, and sports neuropsychologist specializing in the treatment of prolonged post-concussion symptoms.

Chelsea Humphrey, LMFTDirector of Operations, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in couples and multi-cultural work, and a healthcare operations executive with more than a decade of experience.

$80,000 - $105,000 a year
$80,000-$100,000 base, depending on experience, with an opportunity for a yearly bonus. 
 
For LMHC candidates without Diagnostic Privilege credentials, salary is subject to be lower.
