Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide full-time virtual therapy services for Iowa clients. This position involves helping clients work through mental health concerns, understand patterns affecting their daily lives, and develop practical tools for long-term wellness. You will manage therapy sessions, clinical documentation, and treatment planning in a professional telehealth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual counseling sessions through a secure online platform
- Assess client needs, symptoms, and personal goals
- Create treatment plans that support measurable improvement
- Provide ongoing support for emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges
- Review progress and make clinical adjustments as needed
- Document all services according to company and regulatory standards
- Respond appropriately to client risk or crisis concerns
- Maintain ethical, confidential, and professional care practices
Requirements
- Active Iowa LMHC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy or counseling services
- Strong understanding of assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
- Strong communication and time management skills
