Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities, relapse prevention
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate in treatment planning and coordination of care
- Deliver high-quality services through both in-person and telehealth platforms
Qualifications
Required
- Active Connecticut license as an LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LMFTA, or LADC
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Preferred
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
- Experience working with diverse populations and culturally responsive care
- Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
