Licensed Master Plumber Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and residential plumbing projects.
- Prepare job estimates, present service options, and secure client approvals.
- Conduct routine inspections and system testing to ensure functionality and code compliance.
- Perform hands-on service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic work.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and complete required documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
- Lead the development and growth of Mackey’s new plumbing department.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Texas Master Plumber License
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Master Plumber
- Generator experience preferred.
- CRM software experience; ServiceTitan preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
