Licensed Massage Therapist (Sports / Rehab Focus)

Athlete Within is looking for a highly motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team in Downtown Los Angeles. We are a sports performance and recovery facility focused on helping active individuals recover from injury, optimize performance, and stay doing what they love.
This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with athletes, active professionals, and clients recovering from injury in a collaborative, high-performance environment alongside chiropractors, trainers, and rehab specialists.
We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality sports and therapeutic massage treatments
Work collaboratively with our chiropractors, trainers, and rehab specialists
Assist clients with recovery, mobility, and injury-related treatment
Maintain accurate treatment notes and client communication
Contribute to a professional, welcoming team environment
Participate in occasional house-call services (optional, higher pay rate)
Engage with Athlete Within’s brand and community on social media
Requirements
Active California Massage Therapy License (CAMTC)
CPR Certification
Experience working with injury recovery, athletes, or corrective therapy preferred
Knowledge of cupping, stretch therapy, or ART-style techniques is a plus
Ability to work mornings and evenings
Strong communication and time management skills
Professional, positive attitude and strong team mindset
Reliable transportation and punctuality

Competitive pay per treatment (based on experience)
