What You'll Do
- Customize treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals
- Deliver exceptional massage experiences that encourage guest retention
- Build strong client relationships through professionalism and outstanding care
- Educate guests on services, wellness recommendations, and membership benefits
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout treatment rooms and common areas
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License
- Current massage liability insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage required
- Experience with Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, or other modalities is a plus, but not required
- Passion for helping others through the healing benefits of massage therapy
