Responsibilities
- Host two open houses each month
- Obtain Listing certification
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Participate in team events according to team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Commit to 4X weekly morning power-ups
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
- Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
- Attend listing appointments arranged by fellow Licensed Real Estate Agents
- Use PLACE Technology to track your activities and manage client information
