Responsibilities
Your job duties will include:
- Make outbound calls to connect with new business clients via telephone
- Explain policy coverage to their personal needs
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails
Requirements
- Life Licensed in Texas
- Bilingual is beneficial
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coach-able, and work under pressure!
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Be a fantastic presenter
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Be capable of handling customer rejection
- Must be skilled at typing (60+ wpm)
- Must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phone
- Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
- Have no felonies
- Must have reliable transportation
- Preferably live in or near South Arlington 76017
- Will be sent an online Assessment to complete to be considered.
