What You'll Be Doing

This is a fast-paced, high-energy insurance sales role where communication, consistency, and mindset matter.

You’ll spend your day speaking with clients, understanding their needs, educating them on coverage options, and helping them make confident decisions that protect themselves and their families.

You won’t be sitting around waiting to get carried by the team.

You’ll be expected to learn the systems, sharpen your communication skills, follow proven processes, and take ownership of your results.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound insurance conversations
  • Guiding clients through life insurance options
  • Educating customers across multiple insurance products and carriers
  • Managing pipeline follow-up and relationship building
  • Staying organized inside CRM systems and workflows
  • Participating in daily coaching, accountability, and team development
  • Working toward production goals and performance expectations
  • Contributing positive energy and professionalism to the office culture
