Commission Tiers for Allstate New Business can be found above and differs from our brokered business. National General New Business pays a flat 3% commission, and all other Brokered Business pays a flat 7%. Commissions are paid on the 1st and 15th, and are paid back to dollar one. Business written the 28th-12th is paid on the 15th, and 13th-27th is paid on the 1st. Tiering is calculated from the 1st to the end of the month.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting
Handle inbound and live transfer leads
Quote and present tailored coverage solutions
Ask for the sale and close business consistently
Maintain accurate CRM and lead tracking
Meet daily activity and production goals
Continuously improve sales performance
Active P&C License
Prior proven insurance sales experience
Strong communication and closing skills
High activity level and strong work ethic
Coachable and open to feedback
Strong time management and efficiency
Comfortable with technology and sales systems
Adaptable in fast-paced conversations
