Responsibilities

Sales agents in our organization are responsible for acquiring new clients to our insurance agency by selling them personal insurance products (Auto / Home / Renters / Condo / Boat/etc)

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales calls, and close sales.
• Prospecting and generating new business through Internet leads, warm transfers, cold calling & referrals
• Attend daily training/coaching and regular education courses.
• Follow our proven Sales Process (Insurance Sales LABS: 6-STEPS TO THE ONE CALL CLOSE)

Ideal candidate must possess the following:

1. Sales starts with Attitude... Must have a positive attitude!
2. Exemplary attendance track record
3. If applying, you MUST be coachable and an individual who is willing to follow our proven Sales process!
4. Licensing: Must possess an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License in your home state.
5. Proven ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a fully remote work setting.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
7. Previous Sales experience or Insurance experience required
