Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer solutions that fit their lives.
- Build and present thorough insurance proposals, walking clients through their coverage options with clarity.
- Nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering opportunities to better protect them.
- Handle new business applications and follow up to ensure policies are issued without a hitch.
- Stay current on industry trends and product updates to always bring your best to every client conversation.
- Meet sales goals and play an active role in the continued growth of the agency.
Requirements
- Valid Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine desire to help people and understand their needs.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with technology and CRM systems.
