Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their individual insurance needs and providing expert advice.
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage a mix of incoming inquiries and proactive calls to clients, offering solutions and guidance based on their needs.
Policy Customization: Craft customized insurance plans that align with the specific requirements of each client, promoting tailored solutions.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Aquila Insurance Agency LLC.
Cross-Selling: Identify and seize opportunities to enhance client portfolios by suggesting additional coverage options and complementary policies.
Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of current trends and changes in the insurance sector to provide the most informed advice possible.
Licensing:Must possess an active Texas Insurance License.
Experience: Experience in insurance sales or a related industry is strongly preferred. Recent Allstate experience preferred.
Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients.
Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts.
Dependability: Reliable and able to manage time effectively in a non-remote work environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using common office software and CRM systems to track client interactions.
