Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Sales Strategy: Execute and refine sales strategies to boost policy uptake and retention.
Market Analysis: Analyze the Fairbanks market to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Lead Generation: Actively seek new clients through networking and referrals to expand the agency's client base.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the insurance products and services offered by Jim Kelly State Farm Insurance Agency.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities to ensure compliance and facilitate reporting.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Licensing: Must possess an active insurance license (P/C/L/H) in the state of Alaska.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey policy details and build rapport with clients.
Customer-Oriented: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and addressing the needs and concerns of clients.
