This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $3,200 per month, with total earning potential up to $120,00 annually through commission and bonus opportunities.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Develop and present personalized insurance proposals, clearly explaining policy benefits and terms.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a diverse client base.
• Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall client experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide expert advice.

• Possess a valid Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License or Personal Lines
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative office setting.
• Familiarity with insurance products and sales processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
