Salary Range: $35000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals and quotes.
• Effectively close sales and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Practiced any sport
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
