Commission based sale experience required

Ability to work (if in Middle TN) M-F 11:00a-7:30p OR 8:00a-4:30p shift

Salary Range: $24000.00 - $104000.00 per year

Responsibilities

*Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by the company standards.

*Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales through phone calls, networking, face-to-face meetings and online communications.

*Treat each customer contact as a whole person with many needs. Seeing cross and up-sell opportunities, including financial services products, even if not initially expressed.

*Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

*Present and explain insurance policy options and concepts in a way that is understandable to a lay person.


Requirements

-Possess a Closer mentality, be a problem solver and promote to Career Growth Opportunities.

-Create relationships from a cold start and build rapport quickly.

-A Property & Casualty for the State of TN insurance license is required to sell and earn commissions. Other states can be added as Indiana and Wyoming.

-Life and Health licenses are highly encouraged and bonused if possessed prior to your start date. This is to add more Insurance commissions right from Day 1!

-Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

-Ability to quickly operate a computer while holding an exploratory conversation with potential and existing.

-M-F 8:00a-4:30p OR 11:00a-7:30p schedule.
