I am looking for high performing RemoteLicensed Insurance Sales Professionals who are ready to financially reward themselves for outstanding performance while serving the insurance and financial needs of my customers (I am not looking for average). My agency prides itself on being community-focused and family-orientedincluding our customers. We are a high-performing team experiencing rapid growth, which is why were expanding our sales team.

I currently have two openings for highly coachable, driven, and motivated sales professionals. With the base salary, paired with an aggressive commission, bonus structure, creating a an extremely competitivefirst-year total compensation opportunity up to $95,000+ based on your work ethic and ability.. As the title reads this is a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. I am not looking for average!

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • You will be provided multiple lead sources daily to build relationships and generate new business daily.
  • You will prepare insurance quotes and close sales daily
  • Deliver an extraordinary customer service experience during the sales process
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain communication during the sales process
  • Commit to your continuous learning and skill development

Requirements
  • Highly coachable and eager to grow your sales ability by quickly learning our sales process.
  • Active - Property & Casualty Insurance License in your home state and Georgia Non-Resident License (or obtained prior to start date).
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and start conversations from a cold lead
  • Strong goal orientation (ability to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly Sales Goals)
  • Proven sales ability with demonstrated closing skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times
  • Strong Work Ethics and High Personal Integrity
  • Recent Allstate experience is not necessary but desirable.
  • Minimum 1+ years of remote Property & Casualty Insurance Sales (Mandatory).
