What You’ll Do
- Connect with potential clients by phone, email, and in person to offer auto, home, condo, and renters insurance.
- Use provided leads (fresh, daily, and paid for by the agency) to build the book of business.
- Provide personalized quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly production goals.
What We Offer
- Base salary + uncapped commissions (average first-year income: $35,000–$75,000; top performers $100,000+).
