Responsibilities

  • Client Education: Provide clients with in-depth information about insurance options and coverage details.
  • Policies Customization: Tailor insurance policies to meet each client's individual needs and requirements.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Generation: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products to meet client needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Possess a valid California Property & Casualty License.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales role is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer-Focused: Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person work environment.
