As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, and helping individuals and businesses select the best insurance plans tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
Meet with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
Sell personal and commercial insurance products including auto, home, life, and health insurance
Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing clients
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Achieve sales goals and meet performance metrics
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulations
Active Insurance License (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or both as required by your state)
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
Experience with CRM software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
