Responsibilities
Prospecting new clients. answering daily sales calls and connecting with new opportunities. Client Consultation: Engage with policyholders to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Call Management: Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, providing guidance and addressing client inquiries.
Plan Customization: Develop personalized insurance plans that suit the specific needs of each client.
Cross-selling: Recognize opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional products.
Relationship Development: Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest insurance industry trends and products to provide knowledgeable advice.
Licensing: Current Michigan Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is strongly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
