Radler Insurance Group is urgently hiring 2 Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing, top-performing Allstate agency.

What You’ll Do
- Sell Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, landlord, etc
- Work inbound leads, internet leads, and referrals daily
- Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up to close business
- Conduct insurance coverage reviews to uncover gaps
- Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize value
- Hit daily call, quote, and sales goals
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License (Preferred – or willing to obtain quickly)
- Sales experience (insurance, phone sales, retail, or customer-facing roles)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced environment
- Competitive mindset and strong work ethic
