Responsibilities:- Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy changes.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
- Participate in community outreach and networking events.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and managing their accounts.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Active insurance license in Virginia or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
