Licensed Insurance Producer (Remote Multiple States)

Who Were Looking For:

We are hiring 1215 licensed insurance producers who meet the criteria below.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience (no exceptions)
• Property & Casualty experience required
• Life/Commercial experience is a strong plus
• Selfmotivated and consistent work ethic
• Serious about building a longterm career (this is not a side hustle)
• State Licensing Requirement
• Applicants must currently be licensed in at least one of the following states (or willing to obtain additional licenses quickly): Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Special Requirement California

• We are specifically hiring 3 Spanishspeaking producers to serve the Spanishspeaking market in California
• Must be fluent in Spanish (spoken)
• Prior experience serving Spanishspeaking clients is a strong plus

-Manage warm leads and client relationships

-Proficient with CRM systems
