The Juan Romo Agency, an established Farmers Insurance agency in Sacramento, is seeking a licensed Insurance Producer to join our team part-time. This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding sales career while learning the business from an experienced agency owner in a role designed around both your success and your quality of life.
Unlike a typical full-time position, this is a focused 20-hour, four-day schedule (Monday through Thursday) with Fridays off, offering competitive earnings for the hours invested. You'll receive a competitive hourly base plus commission and production bonuses, with qualified leads provided so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships and writing business.
What sets this opportunity apart:
Leads provided. We supply qualified leads so you spend your time selling and serving, not cold-prospecting.
A schedule that respects your life. Twenty hours across four days, with Fridays off and strong earning potential.
Genuine mentorship. Work directly with a 13-year Farmers agent who has successfully mentored a previous producer into agency ownership. This is a developmental role for someone serious about growing in the industry.
A clear path forward. Strong performers can grow into expanded hours, an office-manager track, and the experience needed to one day run or own their own book of business.
An established, professional environment. You'll work from a well-equipped office in the Arden/Howe corridor, supported by real infrastructure and systems.
