Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through policy options, delivering solutions tailored to their needs
  • Maintain accurate client records and efficiently manage renewals and policy adjustments
  • Resolve complaints quickly, providing effective and satisfactory solutions
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
  • Follow all insurance regulations and company policies in every interaction

Requirements
  • Active West Virginia and/or Ohio Property & Casualty License
  • 2+ years of commercial lines customer service experience in the insurance industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding client service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Team player with a collaborative, positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
