Salary Range: $40000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries regarding their insurance policies with warmth and professionalism.
Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Process new business applications and renewal information, verifying details and coordinating with underwriting teams.
Handle billing inquiries and payment processing, offering clear explanations and solutions.
Respond to customer service requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions promptly and efficiently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional support and anticipating their needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and support existing ones.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency's management system.
Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic office setting.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
