Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in person.
Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and general questions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Process new business applications, renewals, and policy reinstatements with meticulous attention to detail.
Generate quotes for various insurance products and present them to clients.
Support the sales team by preparing necessary documentation and following up on leads.
Handle claim reporting and initial follow-up, liaising between the client and the insurance carrier.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and ensuring their satisfaction.
Valid Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)
Minimum 1 years of experience in insurance customer service or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in insurance agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
