Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist policyholders with policy changes, claims processing, and billing questions.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products where appropriate.
  • Keep client records up-to-date and ensure all documentation is accurate.

Requirements
  • Valid Alabama Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and terminology.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
