Client Assistance: Provide comprehensive and empathetic support to clients regarding home insurance policies.
Inquiry Handling: Efficiently manage customer inquiries through calls or in-person meetings, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Policy Explanations: Clearly explain the terms, coverage options, and adjustments related to home insurance policies.
Claim Support: Guide clients through the claims process, offering a smooth and supportive experience.
Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service and Home Insurance policies is a must.
Licensing: Must possess the required Florida insurance licenses.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Problem-solving: Adept at identifying and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
