In this role, youll be the go-to expert for our clientsdelivering exceptional service, managing policy needs, and building long-term relationships that drive retention and growth.

Salary Range: $2500.00 - $4500.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• A Texas Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
