Our office is expanding, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, rounding accounts to ensure that all clients are appropriately covered, answering any questions our clients may have, and supporting each other and the executive team.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Receive, quote, and process renewal business as well as receive completed new business submissions from Account Executives.
- Maintain contact with clients throughout the year to cultivate and preserve relationships.
- Keep up to date on client account changes through account review and steady client contact.
- Process renewals, policy change requests, and issue insurance documents as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of all products in order to advise clients accurately.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License required.
- Commercial Lines Insurance experience REQUIRED - at least 2 years.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, thorough, and detail oriented.
- Intermediate computer and technology proficiency. AMS360 experience a plus!
