Our agency currently has more qualified inbound leads than our team can handle and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for motivated insurance sales agents who want to work in a high-energy, supportive, and performance-focused environment where effort is rewarded and growth is real.

Responsibilities:


  • Work a high volume of warm inbound leads daily 
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella insurance
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to close business
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize value for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline in our CRM
  • Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance development

Requirements:
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable
  • Comfortable handling high call and lead volume
  • Professional communication skills (phone, text, email)
  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and pipeline effectively
