What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective and existing clients virtually or by phone
- Conduct personalized insurance reviews and needs assessments
- Educate individuals and families on available life and health coverage options
- Recommend solutions aligned with each client's goals and budget
- Maintain client records and follow-up activities
- Develop and grow your own book of business
- Build lasting client relationships through ongoing service and support
What We're Looking For
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, consultative approach to helping clients
- Self-starter with excellent time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently while leveraging team support
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
Qualifications
- Insurance, sales, customer service, or financial services background
- Experience conducting virtual or phone-based consultations
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-up activities
