Licensed Insurance Agent

We are seeking motivated Licensed Medicare Agents for an onsite opportunity in Belcamp, Maryland. This position is open to currently licensed insurance agents with or without previous Medicare sales experience. Comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the tools needed to succeed will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for newly licensed agents interested in beginning a career in Medicare insurance sales within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Educate prospective members about available Medicare insurance options.
• Explain Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plan benefits in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Assess each customer’s needs and recommend appropriate plan options.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls.
• Complete Medicare enrollments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all CMS regulations, carrier guidelines, and company procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer records.
• Protect confidential customer and health information.
• Complete required Medicare and carrier certifications.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance-development activities.
• Meet established quality, compliance, attendance, and sales expectations.
• Provide professional and compassionate customer service throughout the enrollment process.
