Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, web inquiries, and referrals from prospective customers
- Guide customers through coverage options and make clear recommendations
- Quote and bind new insurance policies (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to bundle and improve customer protection
- Conduct coverage reviews for existing customers
- Follow up consistently on quotes and open opportunities
- Work closely with our service team to deliver a smooth customer experience
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals
Requirements
- Active Alabama Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required)
