We're seeking a motivated Licensed Property & Casualty Sales Consultant for a hybrid role.

In this role, you will respond to calls coming into our call center by positively promoting insurance products to prospective customers, consulting with customers to understand their needs, and selling these products which best fit the customer's needs. You may also make outbound calls to optimize sales potential.
** What You'll Get**
· Guaranteed annual base pay of $43,056-$50,835

· Training Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm
· Post Training Schedule – Must be available to work any shift within the hours below:
o Monday-Friday 6:00am-8:00pm MST
o Rotational Saturdays 7:00am-3:30pm MST
o Shift bids after training
o Full time-40 hours/week; five 8-hour shifts per week
** What You'll Do**
· Quote and sell a variety of insurance products
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Collect and update customer information
** What You'll Need**
** Active P &C or Personal Lines license in AZ**
** Maintain CE credits to keep license active**
** MUST live in state of AZ within 50 miles of Phoenix**
** Strong attention to detail**
** Ability to multitask across multiple systems/screens**
** Clear communication about insurance products**
