Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Cross-sell Personal Lines, Commercial, and Life products within an existing book of business
Develop insurance quotes, deliver professional sales presentations, and close business
Grow revenue through phone, email, referrals, and targeted prospecting
Establish and maintain referral relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other strategic partners
Generate new business through referrals, networking, marketing efforts, lead databases, and outbound outreach

Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
Active Life & Health Insurance license

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Chinese, Mandarin, or Cantonese
Prior insurance or sales experience (training and ongoing support provided)
