Spavia St. Augustine is seeking full-time and part-time estheticians at all levels of experience, to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in St. Augustine on Anastasia Island.

Esthetician earnings can start from $43 to $67 per treatment, including gratuity, or equivalent to $40,000-$64,000/ year ( based on 30 hour work week ). Compensation based on experience.

Requirements for Esthetician:
- Actively State Licensed Esthetician
- Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
- Professional, and drug/alcohol-free
- A passion for working with people
- A can-do attitude and high energy
- A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through customized skincare treatments including facials, peels, waxing, and brow or lash services. Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment room and uphold Spavia's treatment and sanitation standards. Educate guests on at-home skincare, service enhancements, and product recommendations to support their results between visits. Achieve approachable retail and membership goals while being part of a supportive team that values professionalism, growth, and meaningful guest relationships.
Job Type: Part or Full-Time positions available. Flexibility is a plus.
