Job Overview
Calea Beauty is a full-service salon seeking a skilled, licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in Fresno, CA (93722). This is an employee position (NOT a room or chair rental). Calea Beauty provides all professional products, equipment, and supplies, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional skincare services and client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare services including facials and skin treatments
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary treatment room in compliance with California State Board regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Stay current with skincare trends, techniques, and industry best practices
- Work collaboratively with the Calea Beauty team to maintain a positive and professional salon environment
Qualifications
- Active California Esthetician License (required)
- 3+ years of experience (required)
- Previous professional esthetician experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, sanitation, and safety standards
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if needed
Preferred Skills (Plus, Not Required)
- Advanced facial techniques
- Acne treatments and corrective skincare
- Knowledge of professional skincare lines
- Experience with waxing services
- Experience with advanced treatments (e.g., chemical peels, LED therapy, microdermabrasion)
