Key Responsibilities
Install and connect electrical circuits for HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless, tankless water heaters)
Conduct electrical panel upgrades and dedicated circuit installations as needed
Perform troubleshooting, testing, and quality control on system wiring
Ensure all work is compliant with NEC, state, and local codes
Coordinate with HVAC installers and plumbers for seamless system integration
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proper documentation
Whole home generator installations
Qualifications
Valid WA State 01 or 02 Electrician License
Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial electrical systems
Experience working with HVAC-related electrical hookups preferred
Familiarity with electrical code requirements and permit processes
Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently or in a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Idaho Electrical License
Experience with mini-splits, heat pumps, or tankless systems
Low-voltage control wiring knowledge
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar job management software
Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
