Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their specific needs and preferences in the Arizona market.
- Conduct thorough market research and property analysis to provide clients with up-to-date information and expert advice.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and appraisals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Negotiate purchase offers and contract terms on behalf of buyers to secure the best possible deal.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate successful transactions.
- Stay current with Arizona real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate guidance and compliance.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Real Estate License required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
- In-depth knowledge of the Arizona real estate market, particularly Scottsdale and surrounding areas
- Proven track record of successfully closing residential property transactions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with all real estate laws and regulations
- Familiarity with specialty property types (e.g., luxury homes, investment properties) is a plus
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Scottsdale, AZ area
