Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, offering a warm and helpful experience.
Respond to client inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and claims promptly and accurately.
Assist licensed agents with policy renewals, endorsements, and other administrative tasks.
Process policy changes and update client records in the agency management system with precision.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our diverse clientele, ensuring their needs are met with care.

Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Familiarity with insurance policies and terminology.
Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
