*Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Specialist (Contract‑to‑Hire)*
*Remote out of Las Vegas. *
*Pay: *$21.47/hr – Licensed
*Start Date:* June 1st
*Duration:* 4‑month contract‑to‑hire
*About the Role:*
Join a fast‑growing, tech‑first business insurance provider that's redefining how small businesses get coverage.
This is a true inbound customer service role. You'll supportexisting customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment, this role is for you.
*What You'll Do:*
· Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on one‑call resolution.
· Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications.
· Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification.
· Accurately document interactions and enterinbound leads in a timely manner.
· Navigate multiple systems while multitaskingbetween calls, documentation, and follow‑ups
· Contribute to a team‑focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
*What We're Looking For:*
*Required:*
· Customer service or call center experience.
· Active general lines property and casualty insurance license
· Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems.
· Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
· Dependability and a team‑first mindset.
*Preferred:*
· Insurance customer service experience
· Associate's degree

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
