Responsibilities
- Policy Support: Assist clients with policy changes, coverage questions, and billing inquiries.
- Claims Assistance: Guide customers through the initial steps of the claims process with empathy and efficiency.
- Relationship Building: Conduct proactive outreach to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential coverage gaps.
- Administrative Excellence: Process payments, update client files, and manage daily office correspondence.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless experience for all new and existing clients.
Requirements
- Requirements License: A Property & Casualty (P&C) license or personal lines license is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one within the first 60 days of employment.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or the insurance industry.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn agency management software quickly.
