We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative specializing in Commercial Lines. This role involves engaging with clients, managing policy updates, processing renewals, and handling various administrative tasks. Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding their accounts, including changes and updates.
• Requote accounts as necessary and process renewals with accurate paperwork.
• Review policies to ensure accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Process payments and update client information.
• Issue insurance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance (COI) and ID cards.
• Implement policy changes as needed.

• Licensing Requirements: Candidate will be already be licensed with experience in commercial insurance.
• Positive attitude and strong team player.
• Experience with AMS 360 is preferred.
• Background from a larger agency with robust workflows and processes is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
