About the Role
We are seeking a licensed clinician to facilitate groups in our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role focuses on providing structured, evidence-based group therapy to individuals in recovery while supporting a collaborative clinical treatment team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and is experienced in group facilitation, relapse prevention, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for SUD IOP clients

  • Implement evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and relapse prevention strategies

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements

  • Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings

  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as appropriate

  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic group environment

  • Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

  • Active clinical license in MS (LCMHC, LCSW, LCAS, LMFT, or equivalent)

  • Experience working with substance use disorder populations preferred

  • Experience facilitating therapeutic groups strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of ASAM levels of care and SUD treatment best practices

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IOP, PHP, or outpatient behavioral health settings

  • Training in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, or trauma-informed care

  • Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
