Clarity Healthcare, part of Centerstone of Illinois, is seeking a passionate Clinical Therapist to join our thriving outpatient behavioral health team in Quincy, Illinois. As part of our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program, you'll help expand access to high-quality mental health and substance use treatment while supporting individuals and families on their path to recovery.

Position Perks & Benefits:
29 Days of PTO annually
$5,000 bonus for external qualified candidates
IL LPC/LSW: $64,000–$67,000/year (based on licensure & experience)
IL LCPC/LCSW: $68,000–$72,000/year (based on licensure & experience)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Therapist, you'll provide high-quality outpatient counseling services while helping clients achieve lasting recovery and wellness.
Provide individual and group therapy services
Complete clinical assessments and intake evaluations
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary care teams
Coordinate care with community resources and support systems
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Assist clients with discharge planning and ongoing recovery support
Advocate for client needs and access to services
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Current (or soon-to-be) active licensure in Illinois as: LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW
Willingness to provide telehealth services (training provided).
